DIGITAL StorageWorks UltraSCSI RAID reliability is now more affordable. DIGITAL RAID Array 3000 (RA3000) is a low cost fully integrated UltraSCSI RAID subsystem for use with Microsoft Windows NT, OpenVMS, and the most popular UNIX operating systems. The RA3000 ensures continuous access to critical applications and data through controller failover, hot swap components, failover to hot spares, automatic monitoring, and event notification. It incorporates the latest in RAID technology, providing RAID levels 0, 1, 0+1, 4, 5, and non-RAID disks. The RA3000 is supported today on Intel-based Windows NT servers. In July 1998, supported operating systems will include DIGITAL UNIX, Microsoft Windows NT Alpha, DIGITAL OpenVMS, Novell NetWare, and Sun Solaris. Future operating system support will include HP-UX, SGI IRIX, and IBM AIX.
