The PERC H700 controller from Dell comprises the third generation of Dell SAS RAID cards. This generation is a series of SAS RAID solutions that enables support for SAS, SATA and SSD drives. The PERC H700 adapter comes with 512 MB of integrated 800 MHz DDR2 cache for quick storage. This PCIe 2.0 based card supports PowerEdge internal storage.
