IBM has recently upgraded to Advanced Business Partner, IT Hardware Plus, sister company to Elarasys Worldwide.  This higher recognition enables IT Hardware Plus to provide at deeper discounts new IBM hardware to customers. 

Recent sales by IT Hardware Plus include a P7 to a suburban Chicago business, upgrading from an AS/400.  This upgrade went smoothly and provided the customer a brand new system running their legacy application software, while adding enhanced capabilities, for roughly the amount previously paid monthly for hardware and software maintenance. 

Other recent sales by IT Hardware Plus were multiple IBM X 3650 M4s to a Chicago area hospital, and a PS701 Blade to an Ohio hospital looking to expand operations.
