The J4152A includes an HP thin server, seven HP 6X DVD-ROM drives, and an external SCSI-2 connector so you can connect the SureStore CD Expansion Tower with an additional seven drives. The 6X HP drives read DVD-ROM, CD-ROM, CD-R, and CD-RW media and feature a 512KB buffer and an average random access time of 110ms for DVDs and of 80ms for CDs.HP's DVD-ROM server provides a future-proofed Network Attached Storage solution, allowing users to access both CDs and higher-capacity DVD media. It provides users with permanent access 24 hours a day, seven days a week to their databases on CDs and DVDs.
