This Enhanced Remote Asynchronous Node provides remote connection of up to 16 RS-422 devices to a 128-Port Asynchronous Controller. Each port can be individually programmed to provide an asynchronous connection of 230 Kbaud, but a limited number of ports in a maximum configuration (128 ports) can be supported at this baud rate.
