Reporting

Remarketing
We maximize value and minimize costs by aggressively targeting numerous national and international markets. Outlets include large organizations and businesses such as universities, government, and school districts; computer remarketing agents using wholesale networks; auctions; and component part buyers. All inventory is continuously reviewed to precisely match products to markets; minimizing the asset to cash time frame.

Disposal
All electronics equipment is responsibly disposed within federal, state and local EPA guideline. A certificate of consumption is issued upon completion of disposal processing activities.

Document Review
Master lease agreements, schedules, riders/attachments, buy and sell agreements, and lessor and lease obligations are reviewed and tracked.

Transportation/Assessment
Your IT assets will be carefully de-installed, removed, packed and shipped from your desktop to our processing center. Elarasys, Inc. has recently developed an innovative system of recording and tracking assets via it's strong relationship with national transportation carriers. Our new technology uses an electronic scanner to prepare a detailed description of each asset before it leaves your building. A specialist will de-install and properly pack your equipment and prepare an on-site report including the manufacturer information, serial number and a physical condition assessment. You'll have an immediate record of each asset as it leaves the building.

Receipt/ Audit and Testing
Upon arriving at our facility, the equipment will be promptly documented and scheduled for testing and auditing to verify its physical condition, functionality, configuration and completeness.

Warehousing/ Inventory/ Order Processing
All customer equipment is safely stored in our facility. Each item is tracked and inventoried by detailed description, customer and location, following our detailed quality assurance procedures.
